HTH Online Auction or it’s affiliates are not licensed auctioneers in the state of Ohio.

 

To participate in HTH Online Auctions:

You must first Register for a Bidders Number by clicking on the Register to Bid button.   A Valid Credit Card is Required to be on file.

Bidding Instructions:


Once you are Registered to Bid, your Bidder Number will be sent to you via email.  Your Password will not be included in the email, so please make a note of it while completing Registration.  If you forget your Password, you can have a reminder sent to you via email by entering your registered email address in the box provided…You are now registered to bid

Payment and Pick Up:


Payments can be made online or in person on scheduled pick up dates and times with cash or credit card.  A 3.5% user fee per transaction will be added for all credit card users.  Sales tax and buyers premium will be collected where applicable.   Any items NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned.   No refunds or charge backs will be granted due to lack of removal at designated times.  Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.   No items will be released without a paid receipt.
 Items not picked up on scheduled dates and times will be charged to winning bidders Credit Card with no chargebacks or refunds.

Buyer Contract:

 Your internet Bids are a Legal Binding Contract and you are Responsible for honoring them.

Deadlines and Closing for Internet Bidding: 

Items will begin to close at the Scheduled Date and End Time of the online Sale, and will sell to the winning internet Bidder at that time.  Items will close in the order listed.  All Sales feature an automatic extension system that allows a five minute extension to the end of any item that may receive a bid in the final few minutes of the sale.  The item will close when the five minutes have elapsed without any further bidding.

Item Descriptions: 

All items are sold, AS IS-WHERE-IS…We do our absolute best to make sure that any obvious flaws are pointed out and that all items are exactly as described.  However, we do not assume that our opinion will be the same as yours.  Most of the items we offer are store returns, over stock or pulled items. Public Preview Inspections will be offered for the sole purpose of allowing you to see the items in person before placing a Bid.  Bid accordingly.

Payment Forms Accepted:

Winning Bidders can pay for purchases online or during the designated pick-up and payment times listed on each Auction.  We accept Cash, and most types of major credit cards.  A buyer’s premium of 12% is added to the end of each invoice this is to cover the cost of the bidding platform, marketing etc.

If you can not Pay for and pick-up items during specified times, Please Do Not Bid.

Sales Tax:                                                                                         

All sales are subject to Tax Laws.  Vendors must provide the appropriate Vendors License Information prior to the end of sale. Once we receive your information, you will not be required to resend it for future sales unless requested by HTH Online Auction.

Shipping Liability: 

We do not ship – all items must be picked up at the scheduled date and times listed for each auction

Penalties: 

Items not paid for and/or picked up on designated date and time, will be charged to your Credit Card on file.  Any items NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned and may be relisted by HTH Online Auction.  No refunds or charge backs will be granted due to lack of removal at designated times.  Items not picked up by the end of the pickup date and time will be forfeited and you will still be responsible for any balance due on your account.  Bidders not paying for the merchandise won will be barred from participating in any future auctions.
